How to book an accommodation in national park |

Tourist who wants to book a house or bungalow of national parks under responsibility of the National Park Division, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, must proceed under the regulations below.

1. Accommodation reservation permission request could be submitted directly to the National Park Division or booker could directly contacted by telephone, mail or his/herself with the office of the national park which he/she would like to stay.
|
1.1 After getting a reservation permission, please pay an accommodation fee within 5 working days otherwise your reservation permission would be revoked.
|
1.2 A reservation permission would be effective after the national park office had got your payment and issued a reciept to you, except only in case submitting a permission request to the National Park Division which would issue the letter of permission for you within 7 working days.

1.3 A reservation permission request of government organizations or educational institutes or discount request would be considered and given a result back to you within 15 working days.

2. An accommodation reservation must not be made longer than 60 days in advance prior to check-in date.

3. In case cancellation after getting a reservation permission, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation would absolutely not refund any reservation fee.
|
4. Postponement of reservation must be done by submitting letter at least 10 days in advance prior to check-in date and this postpone can be done only one time and duration of postpone must not longer than 15 days based on the permission date. In case the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation does not allow to postpone, booker must go check-in on that available date.

5. In case an unpredictable situation or a necessity mission for any benefits of government has taken place, the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation reserves all rights to cancel any reservations without any prior notice and would not take any responsibility for any losses or damage of a booker.

6. For benefits, government organizations or educational institutes could ask for some discount of reservation fee by sending a letter signed by director or chief officer of an organization or university to the director general of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.

7. In case the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation cancels any reservations under the rule no. 5th, booker would get refund of reservation fee which already paid in advance.
